• Talk to a trusted adult
• Open up to get help
If you don’t have an adult you can turn to, you can call or text 1-800-422-4453 to talk to someone at the Childhelp Hotline or visit their website. People are there to help, for free, 24 hours a day.
Healthcare/Physical Health
• Go to the doctor and dentist regularly
• Pay attention to what your body is telling you. Pain is a sign that something is wrong.
Safety
• Walk home with someone you know
• Be Aware of your surroundings at all times

• Get active: Walk, Run, Swim, Play a Sport
